There’s an issue at pickup, how do I cancel a Gig?

If you’ve arrived at pickup and the items are not ready, you’ll be asked to wait up to 15 minutes. If the items still aren’t ready after your wait, tap “Get Help” in the app and follow the prompts in order to cancel the Gig.  You will receive a courtesy payment.
