Can I dispute the results of my background check?

Yes. If you feel that the background or MVR check result you received is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact Checkr to review your results. If you’d like to dispute the results, you can do so with them.

To protect your privacy, the Roadie Support Team is unable to review the details of the background check with you.

    Hello,

    I am trying to find out why I'm unable to accept and Roadie deliveries. I signed up over a year ago but haven't actually attempted a delivery until tonight. I've been a verified member since the beginning and I see nothing on my profile that leads me to believe that there is still apparently a pending background check that hasn't been reported back to you yet? How can that be when I signed up over a year ago?!! What can I do to expedite and resolve this ASAP please?
