Roadie's tracking number is always a 16-digit combination of numbers and lowercase letters.
Many of the retail partners that Roadie delivers for also assign unique tracking numbers to their deliveries. If you received a tracking number from a retailer that is in a different format from Roadie's tracking number, you will not be able to utilize that tracking number at track.roadie.com and instead will need to work through the retailer to obtain tracking information.
