Roadie wants to get the money you’ve earned from your Gig to you as quickly as possible and we use direct deposit to issue the money straight to your bank account when you complete the Gig. The payment gets submitted by Roadie one business day after you complete each Gig, and then it usually takes 3 to 5 business days after that before it shows up in your bank account.
In the Driver Dashboard, you can see a summary of your recent activity, including total mileage, past Gigs, and year-to-date payment information.
If your Gig is subject to a claim for loss, damage or theft, Roadie may withhold any payment to you while the claim is investigated. A Driver will not be paid for any Gig not completed in accordance with Roadie’s Terms and Conditions.
If you haven’t seen the payment in your account within the 4-6 business days after completing the Gig, reach back out to Roadie Support and we’ll help figure out the next steps.
