Not sure where that “get help “ button is located, the only help I see brings you to email . It’ll be way too late to solve my issue so I just ate the loss and called it a day.

I got a stern talking to today via text. I clicked “Get help”, inside that the only option is “text support”. So I sent a text about no notifications today and not being selected for the 10 plus gigs I offered today and got told to email support@roadie.com. Waste of time. Then I get a email answer right away saying we will get back with you as soon as possible. Problem with that is, I’ve never gotten email support on the same day. It’s always a day or three after I send one. Anyone else have that problems?

Yeah the driver support through the new app has been awful. I had a long drive from eastern Michigan to Milwaukee, and had a few days to complete delivery. A Roadie support person called me AT ONE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING FOR AN ETA. Then proceeded to text me when I didn't answer. Now that I am having issues with my most recent gigs, nobody is responding and there are no phone numbers to call. What is going on?? This is so frustrating and it feels like such a waste of time.

I got locked out about three days ago and can’t get anyone to tell me why exactly. Everyone I’ve emailed or spoken with over the phone hadn’t been able to help me either. Total waste of time!

It’s a joke. They locked a ton of people and trying to make all of us jump through hoops to re-activate. Saying we have to have them call us in order to turn it back on. Wtf? I can setup everything through an app but you’re making me be available for a phone call window, all while I am missing a three day weekend of making money for your company. Pathetic. This company went from a decent company to work for to a fucking joke to work for. Delete my account so I can restart one without dealing with your slow support responses.
