If there are issues after pickup or during delivery that require you to cancel the Gig, contact Roadie Support so that we may coordinate the best way to secure the Gig items and remove you from the delivery.
Keep in mind that your cancellations impact Senders and other members of the Roadie community. Multiple cancellations will prompt an internal review and may lead to the suspension and/or permanent deactivation of your Roadie account.
