What if someone cancels a Gig After I'm already on my way?

We know crazy stuff comes up from time-to-time, and cancellations can’t always be avoided. We encourage Senders to cancel as soon as possible, ideally before you’ve started driving towards the Pickup Location. However, if you are already on your way, you’ll be notified of the cancellation and will be paid a courtesy payment.
