For the safety of everyone in the Roadie community, each Driver must agree to have Roadie obtain a consumer report and/or consumer investigative report. Senders are not able to request certain Driver's for their Gigs, however, Roadie’s Trust & Safety Team evaluates each Driver who forms an account on the Roadie platform in accordance with applicable law prior to performing any Gigs on the Roadie Platform. Drivers must maintain a minimum 4-star rating to continue driving on the Platform.
