What if something happens to my stuff?

Roadie drivers know you love your stuff, so they're committed to handling all your precious cargo with care. But just in case, Roadie, Inc. protects every Gig up to $500. We also allow Senders to purchase additional protection in $500 increments, up to $10,000.  

If any items are damaged or lost during a Gig, please contact the Roadie Pit Crew by calling 844-4-ROADIE (844-476-2343) or emailing support@roadie.com.  

In the case of damage, keep all of the packaging materials as they may need to be examined as part of the claims process.
