Drivers who are interested in handling your Gig can communicate with you through a Gig comment in the Roadie App. As the Sender, you will get notified by push notification or email whenever a potential Driver has commented on your Gig.
If you want to respond to a Driver's comment to get clarification or ask a question of your own, you should do this by entering a Comment. When you post a Comment to your Gig, any potential Driver who has shown interest in your Gig will be alerted.
After the Roadie Platform has assigned a Driver to your Gig, we will share your phone number with the Driver and share the Driver's phone number with you, so you can then communicate with the Driver via phone or text.
