Drivers are not movers and do not cross the threshold while delivering.
While you can always ask for their assistance in moving an item, a driver is not obligated to do so. If you have a large or heavy item that requires lifting, ensure you have someone at the pickup and drop-off location to load and unload the item as needed.
If a driver does agree to assist, please remember that Roadie is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft to the item(s) in the Gig or other items in your home, store, or place of delivery that may occur after you allow a driver over the threshold. Roadie is also not responsible for any injuries sustained by the driver if the driver provides additional assistance in moving the item(s).
