What do I do if I can’t reach the recipient when I am at the delivery location?

If you arrive at the delivery location and you’re unable to reach the recipient, you should contact the Sender to get instructions on where to leave the item or even if you can. In the event that you can, make sure you document where you left the item with multiple pictures.  If you are unable to contact the recipient or Sender, feel free to contact Roadie Support at 844-MY-ROADIE (844-697-6234) so we can help out.
