My bank account says it’s not verified. What does that mean?

When you enter in your banking information for Direct Deposit during Driver Registration, we’ll send two small payments to your account to verify the information is correct. These payments will both be under .25 and can take up to a week to show up - so if you don’t see them right away, it’s totally normal.

As a Driver, you’re free to pick up Gigs before you verify your information. If we have trouble depositing those payments into your account, we’ll contact you immediately.

Once you see those two small deposits in your account, jump into the app and tap on the ‘Bank Information’ section of the My Profile page. There, you should be able to enter in both of those deposits and verify your account.
