What do I do if a Driver isn’t responding after being assigned to my Gig?

After Roadie has selected a Driver for your Gig, it’s always a good idea to send that Driver a quick text or call right after to coordinate any additional logistics.

If you end up with a Driver who hasn't started the Gig and isn't responding to your communications, you can always cancel the Gig and repost it without any penalty to you. If you need any help, just reach out to our Pit Crew at support@roadie.com and we’ll get you taken care of.
