What do I do if a driver isn’t responding after being assigned to my Gig?

After the Roadie Platform has assigned a Driver for your Gig, you’ll have the ability to send that Driver a quick text or call to coordinate any additional logistics or get a status update from the Driver.

If you end up with a Driver who hasn't started the Gig and isn't responding to your communications, you can always cancel the Gig and repost it without any penalty to you. If you need any help, just reach out to Roadie Support at support@roadie.com and we’ll get you taken care of.
