What do I do if a Sender or Recipient is unresponsive?

After Roadie has matched you with a Gig, it’s always a good idea to send that Sender or recipient a quick text or call right after to confirm and coordinate any additional logistics.

If you end up with a Sender or recipient who isn't responding to your communications, you can always reach out to our Pit Crew at support@roadie.com and we'll do our best to connect you with each other.

    This computer picks the drivers and take the choice away from the sender, there is no input from the sender.
