Will I be liable if an item is lost, damaged, or stolen while on a Gig?

You may be.  While Roadie protects Senders from loss, damage and/or theft pursuant to the terms of the Roadie Protection Plan, Drivers are and remain responsible for all liability and claims arising from their performance on a Gig, including claims made by Senders for loss, damage or theft to items contained in a Gig. Roadie retains all rights to, and may in its sole discretion, seek reimbursement from the Driver for any amounts Roadie incurs in connection with a loss, damage and/or theft claim made by a Sender.
