    I went to pick up a huge gig. I got my trailer and everything. When I got to the Tractor Supply store they told me the manager had just left to take the tractor to the customer. This posting had been up all day and there was not a time frame on it and the manager at the Tractor Supply store knew I was coming. I call Roadie support because this is a $100 gig. The manager never canceled the order so when I called Roadie support my delivery was still going. The rude girl on the phone for Roadie said "yep I'm cancelling it, the item wasn't there you will get a $8 courtesy fee that we don't even have to give you". It cost me a whole lot more in gas, wear and tear on my trailer getting there and time. I lost money on this gig. No more Roadie for me! Be careful. Roadie does not have your back and they do not care!

    This company is a scum.they are paying by small portion instead of transfer money once week.this is very difficult to track exact amount what they owe.also instead of including tolls in the price of gig they demand a receipt for every trip toll payment it is annoying and they at no hurry to reimburse money for a tolls.they owe me 280 dol for one week of work in tolls.so you have to wait for your hard earnings money about two weeks I don't mention on tear and wear of your car milage and about 300 dollars of gas and they try to hold reimbursement as longest they can do it.also they charge very low customer for personal delivery,we are not a moving company and they are paying shit for it.for example 1000 miles ride only 300 dollars this is really a scum.we need bring a class action suit against this cheap garbage company.also they deactivate you right way without any explanation if you are not agree with their robbery practice.

    Roadie WTF charged me both times $1.99 for instant pay still waiting for my 1st payment what is going on????

    I contacted Roadie last week because I noticed that my $122.00 was taking a while to process; which was very unusual. Normally, the funds are processed within a couple of hours and put on my account; but this time I noticed that it was well over 5 hours and the funds still have not been processed. Shortly after that, I accidently locked myself out of my account. I emailed Rodie and 2-3 hours later I receive an email from a support representative by the name of James Mendoza. We emailed back and forth and he gave me the regular " I apologize for the inconvenience crap" due to my funds not being processed; and stated that he unlocked my account and I should be all set now. Well 5-6 emails later, over 8 hours later my account was still locked and at this point I was also sending screenshot pictures as proof showing the representative that I was still getting the same error message about my account being locked. I guess shift changed; because a couple of hours later; in the same email thread with James M; is now an Asha Gross responding to me saying that a new password link would be emailed to me; so I can regain access to my account. GOD IS MY WITNESS WHEN I TELL YALL; that today is FUCCIN Tuesday August 25th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A NEW PASSWORD LINK, I'M STILL LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, I STILL CANT DO DELIVERIES, but MOST IMPORTANT I STILL CANT CASH OUT MY $122.00 thats on my LOCKED ACCOUNT; not to mention I HAVE EMAILED ROADIE twice since this morning and NOT ONE RESPONSE BACK. I dont understand how a business like ROADIE does not have a customer service phone number to talk to someone live especially when it comes to technical difficulties; but GOD forbid I'm late for a delivery; they managed to text and make contact with me within minutes. I have never been so frustrated with a business the way I am with Roadie. If it's not bad enough that they're offering $10.00 for these bullshit ass 300 miles away gigs that are in east bumfuck somewhere; but now I see that they really don't care about the drivers. ROADIE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MILEAGE, YOUR CAR, YOUR FUNDS THAT ARE SITTING THERE PROCESSING FOR HOURS. THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL. I've requested to have a manger or someone higher above contact me; but like I said in the beginning of this...HERE WE ARE ON TUESDAY MORNING AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING; not even a RESPONSE...let alone access to my account to cash out my funds and NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PPL AGAIN! I rather sell pencils for .50 cents before I do another ride with ROADIE AGAIN!

    I recently used Roadie, Sean was my delivery agent. This dude was amazing he loaded a 200lb shelf unit and unloaded all by himself. Highly motivated driver I will use Roadie again if I need anything delivered. Highly reccomend these guys
    Oh did I mention fast. I no sooner hung up phone when I got text saying driver was at pickup location. That's fast and great service responce.
