Can I get reimbursed for tolls and parking?

 

Toll and parking expenses are eligible for reimbursement within 15 days of completion of the Gig associated with the expense. Parking and toll receipts can be submitted in your Gig history.

Depending on the Sender of the Gig, you may qualify for reimbursement of tolls and/or parking expenses you incur while on the Gig. Keep your receipts and you will be prompted to upload a photo of the receipt and amount along with your delivery photo at the end of the Gig. 

Remember:

  • Only tolls and parking fees incurred while on an active delivery will be reimbursed on qualifying Gigs. “Active delivery” means from the pickup location to the delivery location. You will not be reimbursed for tolls incurred on your way to the pickup location.
  • All reimbursements require a receipt or other valid documentation for the expense.
  • You are still eligible for reimbursement if you use a monthly toll service, such as E-ZPass, SunPass, or PeachPass. Upload a copy of the statement and indicate which expenses go with which completed Gigs.
  • You MUST turn in your receipts and request reimbursement within 15 days of completing your Gig.
