The process is similar, but we've started from scratch and completely redesigned the experience to make the process easier and faster - especially when you're assigned to multiple Gigs at the same time. For example, we've streamlined the pickup process if you're on multiple Gigs to make it easier to add all photos at once, and now suggest your next delivery location based on current traffic conditions. We've also given Drivers the ability to set up your own returns and cancellations using the Get Help button, all without a call to Support. You'll no longer need to indicate that you're at the pickup or delivery location - we'll automatically go ahead and let the person at the stop know when you're nearby.
