What do I do if I can’t reach the recipient when I am at the delivery location?

If the Gig doesn't require a signature, take a look at the instructions and see if the Sender has noted where to leave the item. If they haven't, just be sure to leave the items in a safe location protected from weather, take a drop-off picture that clearly shows where you left the items, and also tell the Sender where the items were left in the Delivery Notes.

 

IMPORTANT: Only U.S. Mail delivered through the United States Postal Service may be placed in a mailbox. It is a Federal offense to deliver items in a recipient’s mailbox.

 

If the Gig requires a signature, tap "Get Help" within the Roadie app and use the prompts in order to set up a return Gig or contact Support.
