What do I do if I can’t reach the recipient when I am at the delivery location?

If the Gig doesn't require a signature, take a look at the instructions and see if the Sender has noted where to leave the item. If they haven't, just be sure to leave the items in a safe location protected from weather, and tell us where in the Delivery Notes.

If the Gig requires a signature, tap "Get Help" within the app and use the prompts in order to set up a return Gig or contact Support.
