The app won't let me complete the current stop. What should I do?

If this happens, make sure you've completed all required actions for that Gig. Incomplete required actions are indicated with a solid light-green background. If a required action doesn't display a checkmark, then it hasn't been completed or there may have been an issue saving that information, so you'll need to complete that action to continue. If you're still running into problems, please reach out to Support.

    I've only managed to make two requests, after that when I try to apply to someone else, says I can t be accepted because I have another delivery delivery and I've already delivered them all, and won t let me do it

    I submitted an offer, it was accepted to deliver 5 gigs. It never switched to start fif, the pay amount kept changing and it sat like that almost an hour. Walmart pickup had no idea what to do, their tech support had a 45min wait. I was finally told to cancel and refer and when I did it screwed me out of the 5 deliveries. The fact it takes days to get help from support does nothing in these situations .
