It says i’m on a waitlist - what does that mean?

After signing up to drive with Roadie, you may be placed on a waitlist. We added the waitlist to best serve the Drivers we currently have on the platform. In some areas, we have more drivers than we do available Gigs. The waitlist helps balance that demand and ensures that we have enough Gigs for our active drivers to stay engaged.

When will I get off the waitlist?
It’s hard to say! We review the waitlist daily. When we determine we need more drivers in an area, we release more from the waitlist. Sometimes we need more of a specific group of drivers, such as drivers with pickup trucks or cargo vans. It all depends on what your local market needs at the moment.

How often do you review the waitlist?
We review the waitlist daily since market needs are always changing and we want to get you on the road as soon as possible.

When will I hear back from you?
Again, that’s hard to say. But please know that we will not reach out with updates or to confirm your spot on the waitlist. The next time you hear from us, it’ll be to welcome you to the Roadie platform!
