Need help deactivating your account? No problem!
Deleting your Sender account:
- Send an email to support@roadie.com to request account deletion.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
- Alternatively, you may click the chat button found on the bottom right corner of the Sender Dashboard or the Help Center to connect with a live representative for assistance in deleting your account.
Deleting your Driver account:
- Tap the Dashboard icon found in the top left corner of the app.
- Tap “Get Help”
- Tap “Send Us a Message” to request account deletion.
- Alternatively, you may send an email to support@roadie.com to request account deletion.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
