How Do I Delete My Account?

Need help deactivating your account? No problem! 

 

Deleting your Sender account:

  1. Send an email to support@roadie.com to request account deletion. 
  2. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
  3. Alternatively, you may click the chat button found on the bottom right corner of the sender dashboard or the Help Center to connect with a live representative for assistance in deleting your account.

 

Deleting your Driver account: 

  1. Tap the dashboard icon found in the top left corner of the app.
  2. Tap “Get Help”
  3. Tap “Email Support” to send an email requesting account deletion.
  4. Alternatively, you may send an email to support@roadie.com to request account deletion.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
