How do I delete my sender account?

Deleting your Sender account:

  1. Send an email to to request account deletion. 
  2. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
  3. Alternatively, you may click the chat button found on the bottom right corner of the Sender Dashboard or the Help Center to connect with a live representative for assistance in deleting your account.
