Whether you’re a sender who forgot your password or driver who had their account locked due to too many incorrect password attempts, just follow these easy steps to reset your password:
Here are the most common reasons you may need to reset your password:
- Forgotten password
- Too many incorrect attempts
- Incorrectly reset password
Resetting your forgotten password as a Driver from the mobile app:
- Tap ”I Forgot My Password”
- You’ll be directed to exit the app. (You will reset your password outside of the app. After this, you may return to the Roadie app and sign in.) Tap“OK” to be directed to my.roadie.com
- Enter your email and tap “Next”
- You’ll soon receive an email titled “Your Password Has Been Reset,” inside you’ll find your temporary password. Keep in mind your temporary password is only valid for 2 hours; after this, you’ll need to go back to the Roadie app and begin the process again.
- Copy and paste the temporary password into the Reset Password screen in the Roadie app.
- Create your new password.
- Reopen the Roadie app and sign in with your new password.
Resetting your password as a Sender from the Sender Dashboard (my.roadie.com):
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your email address. *Note: If you do not have access to your email, contact support via Help Desk
- You’ll soon receive an email titled “Your Password Has Been Reset,” inside you’ll find your temporary password. Keep in mind, the email containing your temporary password is only valid for 2 hours; after this, you’ll need to go back to the Roadie website and begin the process again.
- Copy and paste your temporary password into the Reset Password screen on the Roadie website
- Create your new password.
- Reopen the Roadie website and sign in with your new password.
Updating your password as a driver from the mobile app:
- Login to your Roadie account.
- Tap the dashboard icon on the top left.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap “Password”
- Here you will find the option to enter your current password and create a new one.
Updating your password as a sender from the Sender Dashboard (my.roadie.com):
- Login to your Roadie account.
- Click “Profile Information” under “My Account”
- Click “Need to update your password?”
- Follow the on-screen prompts to update your password.
