How Do I Update My Account Settings?

Here at Roadie we want you to be successful, and to help you do that we make it fast and easy for you to update your account settings at any time.

 

Updating your Driver account

Changes you can make to your Driver account:

  • Change your password
  • Change or edit personal information such as address
  • Change payment details or bank info
  • Change whether you want to be notified of local gigs
  • Turn on/off photo saving options
  • Change the type of vehicle you drive
  • Change the theme settings for your dashboard

How to update your account:

  1. Open your Roadie Driver app.
  2. Login using your username and password.
  3. Tap the dashboard icon in the upper left corner.
  4. To change any personal information such as your address, name, phone number, vehicle info and more, tap EDIT next to your name. 
  5. To adjust your local Gig notifications, update your “Save Copy of Photo” settings, or change the color theme of your app, tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.

 

Updating your Sender account

Changes you can make to your Sender account:

  • Change your password
  • Change or edit personal information such as address
  • Change payment details or bank info
  • Change the theme settings for your dashboard 

How to update your account:

  1. Visit the Sender Dashboard at my.roadie.com
  2. Login using your username and password.
  3. Scroll down to My Account on the left side of the screen.
  4. Choose which information to edit based on your needs:
    • Profile Information
      • This is where you can update your address
    • Payment Details
      • This is where you can view and update your current payment method
    • App Settings
      • This is where you can change your color theme as well as notification settings
