I signed up as Roadie driver and wondering what if I accidentally break the package (highly unlikely) ? I know Sender can file a claim but I wanted to understand the process in case of this event. Should I notify about the package to the sender first with picture or if Mobile App has a functionality to address it within the app? Do I call/email roadie first?

Matt F Official comment As a Roadie driver, if anything happens to the item(s) that you're transporting, we would expect you to notify the Roadie Pit Crew first, and then notify the Sender. Within the app, the Roadie driver can take pictures through the delivery process. Our Pit Crew is always available to handle any questions or issues!

Neal Thanks Matt. I could not find relevant insurance information in T&C section in event of mishap while carrying package and I understand Roadie does not cover any liability insurance for drivers, but when my vehicle insurance provider will find out that I was carrying package for delivery, my car becomes commercial and I won't be able to claim for damages. Let me know if that is the case?

Matt F @Neal - every insurance provider and policy is different, so if you have any concerns, we'd suggest you discuss with your specific provider. Keep in mind that our model is based on the driver headed in that direction already!

Neal @Matt - I will definitely discuss it with my insurance provider. Also what if I am making the trip just to make the delivery?
