Undelivered/Charged GIG

I've reached out to the support team 3 different times about my situation and have yet to receive a response. I've sent 2 emails and left a voicemail about a gig that was charged and never delivered. The Driver picked up the gig and returned it immediately without cancelling the gig. My card has been charged for the gig and I have yet to hear a repsonse from support on how to cancel my gig/get my refund.
