I just placed my first Gig yesterday and although it was delivered successfully, I later realized that I made an error that led me to be over charged.
I incorrectly assumed that my item was considered X-Large and would need to be transported in a minivan or larger vehicle. When my driver arrived in a sedan, I learned that my item could fit in the backseat.
So I revisited the Roadie site to see what the price would have been if I had selected Large instead of X-Large. I found that the cost would have been less than half of what I was charged.
This was my first experience with Roadie and I made an honest mistake. Is it possible to have the charge adjusted to match the service I received? Thank you.
